Two directors, both tell you different things. Paid £1000deposit to hold property until missives completed, due to unforseen circumstances could not complete missives and have now been told that deposit is not refundable. My advice to anyone is don't pay a deposit as you will lose it. The build quality of the properties seems good but the general attitude of one of the bosses is 'I could'nt care less'. Buyer beware!
