Very bad customer service
Reviewed 31/10/2013We had our windows recently replaced by this company.
When windows were fitted I informed the manager (a Mr Bains) that the hinges were unsuitable. He offered to replace free of charge. After payment was received I had to chase them for months over the phone. Only after I threatened to leave bad reviews they got back to me (straight away) and were very abusive and dismissive over the phone. They offered to replace hinges finally at a cost of hundreds of pounds. It was never done.
There are many glazing companies around. I would avoid this one.
