still owed money - shop elsewhere and save yourself the stress

Do not deal with this company - I ordered boots in good faith and were sent substandard product - manufactured way too small to for the size to get my feet into. I am now £12.98 out of pocket (postage) after using this company. I spoke with manager who tried - reluctantly agreed to take the boots back (desperately tried not to) and promised to refund the postage costs.. I returned them same day.. took weeks and lots of calls (manager tried to dodge the calls completely) to get them to refund the boots and he refused despite a clear promise to refund the postage. Very poor and shoddy company. Do not deal with them. Appalling service.
