Abbots is a traditional Dorset Tearoom with Bed and Breakfast rooms in the heart of the Dorset Countryside in the pretty village of Cerne Abbas which is situated halfway between Dorchester and Sherborne in North West Dorset. The new Owners Adam and Nicola Wilkes took over mid October 2010 and have carried out refurbishments to both the tearoom and the bed and breakfast rooms. Located in the heart of Cerne Abbas with the general store and 3 pubs stumbling distance Abbots is a perfect place to stopover whilst exploring the beautiful countryside which surrounds this pretty village. Abbots has 5 bedrooms on offer with en suite facilities and a hearty breakfast - cooked fresh to suit your requirements providing a great start to the day. Enjoy a traditional Dorset Cream tea with homemade Scones local Blackdown Vale Clotted cream and delicious Duchy Originals Strawberry Jam whilst watching the comings and goings of this pretty village. The tearoom offers many homemade delights and has an extensive menu for lunch from snacks to main meals. Free WIFI is available in the tea room and all bedrooms.
