We sent our baby to this nursery and she was taken care of really well with daily updates on her progress but when she went into the tweenies room at age 2 they no longer seemed to bother much , no daily updates about how well she was doing, what she had eaten, they didn't even send her out with a hat on in the sunshine. Even though we paid our bill on time every month we were sent a letter complaining about how much the nursery was in debt and parents were not paying their bills on time, cheek. Do not cross the path of the owner Lady Ackers either, a complete snob who looks down on you thinks she's lady muck.
