Incompetance

Royal Mail Parcel Signed For,card through door although someone in at the time on calling office with full parcel details told CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS UNTILL next morning before 8.00 am.Registered on line for next day delivery,then tried to ring as advised next morning PHONE ENGAGED FOR OVER 1 hour,when eventually got through to PETER JACKSON he advised me the line is always engaged at that time with a daily conference call.Eventually got through at 8.20 firstly they checked on line then asked for tracking number 3 more times then had no record then was heard shouting to others I was then advised sorry mate its not out for delivery its missed the delivery driver PATHETIC NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
