Avenue House Surgery - Chesterfield - Reviews

I have been a patient at this surgery since 1981 and have seen a lot of changes. I am relieved that I am with Avenue a House Surgery when I listen to patients from other surgeries in Chesterfield. Although the practice is at forefront of modernisation, it still have that traditional touch so many people of an older generation can remember and hanker for.
Staff are very open to suggestions leading to changes that benefit patients and the practice Patient Participation Group - PPG- plays a vital role in representing patients views. It is one PPG that makes a real difference. It is true that some features of the building do not lend themselves to changes but every effort is being made to improve practice and patients experiences. Well done!
