Although they did a reasonable job of the installation they do not honor their warranties/guarantees.
For the past 6 months or more I have emailed, phoned their land line and mobile left numerous messages, called twice at their place of work even sent photographs as requested.
But still they fail to respond, yet another one of these double glazing firms that gives this industry a bad name.
Forget Fensa they will not support you with any issues it's a farce.
