I have became very wary of small garages ripping off customers, although sadly my poor organisation to get my car booked in for an MOT early enough left me with no option but to use Pitstop.

I got charged an excessive £400 for work done on my 07 plate Corsa, which to me seemed ridiculous considering the previous year it only cost me £67 at Kwik Fit. I asked them to call me before they carried out any work, not surprisingly the only call I received was after the '£400' worth of work had been carried out. I found that the work carried out was a complete farce created by a struggling garage to make more money, this only damages a struggling businesses reputation as I would NEVER return and I would NEVER recommend anyone to this garage.

I find it disgusting that garages like these make money off creating fake problems with a vehicle and charge an excessive rate for the work when they generally have a young apprentice doing the work at a rate of about £2 an hour.

DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
