Weekly Coaching sessions for 9 to 14 year olds, held at Winterton Comprehensive School, Newport Drive, Winterton.Scunthorpe and District A.C. was formed to provide a better facility for all athletes in the town, allowing them to compete in higher leagues.Winterton Rangers FC were founded in 1934.The club is located by the banks of the Humber Estuary (see Location) and supports sailing and windsurfing.The club specialises in hard track and grass track racing but enjoys considerable success in all areas of cycle racing.The branch has a membership of about 50 individuals of varying experience, interests and backgrounds but with one shared passion - getting under water
